John
This place has reasonably priced rooms with thick blackout curtains and a safe, and the location is amazing, just minutes away from Zona Romantica in a central area.

Booked a room with a kitchen. The terrace facing the mountain was a real treat.
The staff was awful.

This place had a great location, close to a spot called Sergio Bustamante. Our room was awesome - it had good water pressure, a fancy jetted tub, and even 2 balconies to enjoy the view from. 🛁

We ate at a really nice restaurant with excellent food.

Fantastic location in a downtown area adjacent to restaurants and the Malecon and downtown and shops and restaurants.

Very impressed with deluxe quadruple room. Central location right in the centre of everywhere that you would want to be with great views. Based close enough to both the Malecon, which is the best part of Puerto Vallarta to stay in, and ocean and shopping.

Wonderful and fairly clean hotel with attentive staff and great views of the ocean or anything. Wonderful, favourable location in Downtown Puerto Vallarta district just off El Centro, the church and the Malecon in one direction and the Romantic Zone the other, shops and restaurants, and both the Malecon and the Rio.

The room was well priced with a kitchen when upgraded.

Great spot in the heart of the old town! The rooms won't break the bank and come with handy little kitchenettes and super thick curtains that keep the light out. 😊

We did not want to leave, this hotel is beautiful small!!!
This hotel has good and perfect location close to the beach. It is very close to convenience store, the promenade and the malecon, the river, markets, bus stops and restaurants, we appreciated the view of city.

I stayed at a hotel located in the heart of all the action. It was just a short walk from the famous Malecon, with its vibrant nightlife and clubs in the Romanitico Zone. The location was perfect, right next to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a night of dancing. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities were top-notch, with a refreshing pool and a delicious breakfast at the cafe. it was a great experience.
The WiFi was a bit spotty at times.

The hotel was cute. Room was small but nice. Restaurant was good.
We had one rude receptionist, and their credit card machine was not working so they made us go to the atm to withdraw money to pay for the room instead of just taking our credit card information to use later or getting the information from Booked.net. It was very inconvenient.

central location great staff good price inclusive philosophy (e.g. "co-exist cafe") quiet courtyard

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of Vitea, a great spot for lunch, and it's also just a short 17-minute drive from the airport. The service and amenities felt like a 3-star experience to us.

Well-maintained and very peaceful accommodation with amazing setting next to the Malecón, Old Town, which is the best part of Puerto Vallarta to stay in, and Kiosko convenience shops. A nice size room, a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets in the room.
Wi-Fi was bad.
